• To calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirement in materials
• To create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software
• To prepare and review rough sketches and review them along the engineering/ production team
• To identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality
• To ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards
• Well manage and maintain a library of standard drawing templates in the company server

Basic Qualification:

• Proven 1 year work experience as drafter or similar role
• Hands on experience with CAD software, AutoCAD and Solid works
• Familiarity with 3D modelling tools
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Proactive working attitude & self-motivated as well as a good team player
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is a plus
